Add signal implementation. * Makefile.am (SYSDEP_PATH): Add $(srcdir)/signal. PTHREAD_SIGNAL_MEMBERS]: Define. (struct __pthread): Add PTHREAD_SIGNAL_MEMBERS. * pthread/pt-self.c (pthread_self): Assert that SELF is not NULL.
