(ffs_realloccg): Use read/write_disk_entry when reading/writing
on-disk inode fields.
(ffs_blkpref): Use read_disk_entry when reading from BAP array.
(swab_cg, read_cg, release_cg): New functions.
(ffs_fragextend, ffs_alloccg, ffs_nodealloccg, ffs_blkfree,
diskfs_free_node): Use new cg access functions.
