(diskfs_get_filemap): Initialize UPI->allow_unlocked_pagein and
UPI->unlocked_pagein_length.
(unlocked_pagein_lock): New variable.
(find_address): New parameter `isread'; all callers changed. If ISREAD
and we are in the unlocked pagein region, don't attempt to acquire
NP->dn->allocptrlock.
