Drop /libexec
* patches/libexec.patch, hurd.install, hurd-udeb.install, hurd.postinst,
rules: Move getty, console-run, and runttys to /sbin, runsystem and rc to
/etc/hurd (Closes: Bug#556526).
* hurd-udeb.lintian-overrides: Drop override about /libexec
