New upstream CVS snapshot.
- debian/patches/00_autoconf_update.patch: Remove, integrated upstream.
- debian/patches/11_nic_update.patch: Rediff.
- debian/patches/90_autoconf_autogen.patch: Regenerate.
No need to rename Drivers.in to configure.ac anymore.
