Make rpctrace handle terminate/suspend signals correctly
Fixes bug #3939
* rpctrace.c (traced_task): Relocate.
(wrap_all_threads): New function.
(wrap_new_thread): Likewise.
(trace_and_forward): Wrap all thread ports.
