* i386/i386at/kd.c (kdinit): Initialize the input buffer.
* i386/i386at/kd.h (KDSETLEDS): New macro.
* i386/i386at/kd_event.c (kbdsetstat): Handle KDSETLEDS here to
set the keyboard LEDs state.
