Permit to select/deselect whole driver groups
* linux/configfrag.ac (AC_OPTION_Linux_group): New function
(AC_OPTION_Linux_ix86_at): Do not enable driver by default if the group was
explicitly disabled.
(scsi, net, pcmcia, wireless): Define groups.
