The **%WIKITOOLNAME%.%WEB%** web is the sandbox you can use for testing.
Currently the sandbox is setup with the %TWIKIWEB%.TigerSkin plugin. It's intended for evaluation purposes only, sadly the support for different browsers vary. But we are working on enabling support for NS4.x, Mozilla, IE and Opera.
