Updated the information about the rump kernels, and included a guide on how to use them on the Debian qemu image.
* community/gsoc/project_ideas/driver_glue_code.mdwn: changed rump
kernel link.
* hurd.mwdn: added a link to hurd/rump.mdwn.
* hurd/rump.mdwn: new file.
* rump_kernel.mwdn: deleted file.
