Merge in Ognyan's ext2fs / large stores documentation.
Imported as follows:
$ git svn init --trunk=https://svn.openfmi.net/ext3fs/trunk/ext2fs --ignore-paths=ext2fs_20041111.diff.gz
Initialized empty Git repository in /media/data/home/thomas/tmp/hurd/ogi/ext2fs-doc/.git/

$ cat ../Authors

$ git svn fetch --authors-file=../Authors
