All files: Consistently lowercase words in the TOC except the first one.
(I tried uppercasing the Important Words, but that looked awkward here and there). Rename ``Download'' item to ``Source Code'' in contrast to ``Install''. install.html: Add content about the CD ROM images on the GNU FTP server. download.html: Add content about CVS snapshot tar files and CVS browsing.
