Revert "reorganization. Placeholder for gnumach kernel mailing list. Why not replace existing L4 mailing list?"
This reverts commit 79bede542f5138fac9a38d0c6b23af37af19e2f0. Per consensus from yesterday night's IRC discussion, I'm reverting this -- given the current set of mailing lists, we don't see a need for the rearrangement, and also not for a list dedicated to GNU Mach.
