Subject: Explicit the keymap compatibility flags

Since "default" is not provided any more by xkb

* console-client/xkb/xkb-data/keymap/hurd: Replace "default"
xkb_compatibility by
"basic+mousekeys+accessx(basic)+misc+iso9995+level5+caps(caps_lock)" for all
keymaps.
