* libthreads/cprocs.c (cproc_create): Call into glibc to allocate static TLS
block.
* libthreads/cthread_internals.h (tcbhead_t): New structure; as in glibc.
(cproc_setup): Take TCB parameter.
(_dl_allocate_tls): Declare; from glibc.
