Use CRED->po as LOOKUPCRED's po, so that root detection works (and doesn't
crash).

* fsys-getroot.c (diskfs_S_fsys_getroot): Eliminate PSEUDOCRED
entirely. Fix unrelated typo.
* file-chauthor.c (dithkfth_TH_file_chauthor): Fix first arg in
call to fthhelp_ithowner.
