* rc.sh: Specify bash instead of sh.
(remove_translators): Don't descend into "." or "..". Alter
calling convention slightly and require the `nullglob' option to
be set. Change caller to suit. From Kalle Olavi Niemitalo
<tosi@ees2.oulu.fi>.
