trans: add identity translator
The 'identity' translator is the simplest possible translator. It
computes the identity function of Hurdish RPC translations.
* trans/Makefile: Add new files.
* trans/chroot.c: New file.
* trans/chroot.h: Likewise.
* trans/identity.c: Likewise.
