pfinet: fix receiver lookups in iioctl-ops.c
* pfinet/iioctl-ops.c: Fix receiver lookups.
* pfinet/mig-mutate.h: Add IIOCTL_IMPORTS.
* pfinet/Makefile: Set iioctl-MIGSFLAGS.
