* priv.h: All declarations moved to ...
* trivfs.h: ... here. #include those server stub headers.
* fsmutations.h (FILE_IMPORTS, IO_IMPORTS, FSYS_IMPORTS):
Use <hurd/trivfs.h> instead of "priv.h" here.
