(store_device_open, dev_decode): New functions.
(store_device_create): Always set STORE_ENFORCED.
(device_class): Renamed from device_meths. Add more fields. Make std with
_STORE_STD_CLASS.
(store_device_create, _store_device_create): CLASS param removed, METHS param
renamed CLASS; all callers changed. FLAGS param added.
<hurd.h>: New include.
