(fshelp_open_fn_t): New type.
(fshelp_start_translator, fshelp_start_translator_long):
Now take a function that opens the underlying node instead of the node
itself.
(fshelp_fetch_root_callback1_t, fshelp_fetch_root_callback2_t):
New types replacing fshelp_callback_t.
(fshelp_fetch_root): Takes two callback args now.
