* init.c (CRASH_FLAGS): Macro removed.
(crash_flags): New variable replaces it.
(crash_mach, crash_system): Use crash_flags instead of CRASH_FLAGS.
(options, parse_opt): Add --crash-debug/-H, to set crash_flags to
RB_DEBUGGER.
