* Makeconf (%.o): New rules (from %.c and %.S) so that we can
specify file-specific CPPFLAGS (already in use by utils/Makefile
for utils/ping.c).
(%_pic.o, $_p.o, make-deps): Also grok file-specific CPPFLAGS.
