GNU Hurd 0.5.
* configure.ac (AC_INIT): Set version to 0.5.
(AC_REVISION): Remove.
* NEWS: Finalize changes for 0.5.
* INSTALL: Update.
* INSTALL-cross: Likewise.
* README.CVS: Delete, but move some content...
* README: ... here. Update.
