(main, options): Add --writable/-w option.
(FSCK_F_WRITABLE): New macro.
(struct fsck): Rename WAS_READONLY field to MAKE_WRITABLE.
(fscks_start_fsck): Change to set make_writable field instead of was_readonly.
(fsck_cleanup): Change RESTORE_WRITABLE to MAKE_WRITABLE.
(fscks_wait): Likewise.
