(parse_opt):
New function.
(main):
Use argp instead of getopt.
Don't use old trivfs port class/bucket variables.
Don't create our own port classes/bucket, let trivfs_startup do it.
(argp_program_version, argp):
New variables.
(trivfs_protid_portclasses, trivfs_cntl_portclasses,
trivfs_protid_nportclasses, trivfs_cntl_nportclasses):
Variables removed.
(options):
Use argp structures instead of getopt ones.
<getopt.h>:
Include removed.
<version.h>:
New include.
