* Makefile (%.info rule): Put output in build dir, not srcdir.
Pass -I options to makeinfo for both dirs.
(move-if-change): New variable.
(version.texi, stamp-version): New targets, update version.texi (in
build dir) from `$(hurd-version)' as set in Makeconf.
