* linux/dev/kernel/printk.c: Include <kern/assert.h>.
(printk): Use vsnprintf, not linux_vsprintf to avoid buffer

* kern/printf.c (struct vsnprintf_cookie): New structure.
(snputc): New function.
(vsnprintf): Likewise.
