Do not skip AHCI controller without HOST_CAP_ONLY
We rather rely on the announced PCI type to determine whether to use IDE or AHCI. * linux/dev/drivers/block/ahci.c (ahci_probe_dev): Do not skip AHCI controller without HOST_CAP_ONLY.
