* linux/src/drivers/net/3c59x.c: Upgrade to Linux 2.2.1 version.
(vortex_start_xmit): Don't frob VP->stat.tx_bytes.
(boomerang_start_xmit): Likewise.
(vortex_rx): Don't frob VP->stats.rx_bytes.
(boomerang_rx): Likewise.
