(ipc-files): Remove `fipc.h'. * device/device_init.c [FIPC]: Remove code. * device/net_io.c [FIPC]: Likewise. * include/mach/syscall_sw.h [FIPC]: Likewise. * kern/syscall_sw.c [FIPC]: Likewise.
