[task #5956 --- ``Automake'ify GNU Mach's code base'']
* Makefrag.am (gnumach.msgids): Remove repetition.
* Makerules.am (%.server.msgids, %.user.msgids): Targets renamed from
`%.msgids'. Also consider MIGCOMSFLAGS respective MIGCOMUFLAGS.
