* kern/mach_clock.c (clock_interrupt): Test correct macro to see
if PC sampling is configured: MACH_PCSAMPLE, not MACH_SAMPLE.

* kern/mach4.srv: Include <mach_pcsample.h> so the value of
MACH_PCSAMPLE is made available for mach4.defs.
