* i386/i386/i386asm.sym (PTE_SIZE): New assembly macro.
* i386/i386/locore.S (copyout_retry): take PTE_SIZE into account.
* i386/intel/pmap.c (pmap_bootstrap, pmap_create): Use WRITE_PTE instead
of dereference.
