ipc: drop size parameter from `ipc_space_create'
* ipc/ipc_space.c (ipc_space_create): Drop size parameter.
* ipc/ipc_space.h (ipc_space_create): Adopt declaration, fix comment.
* kern/ipc_tt.c (ipc_task_init): Adopt accordingly.
