From 5eac988d97c5dad350614152c7249782ddb7fe8b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: antrik Date: Tue, 11 Oct 2011 14:03:33 +0200 Subject: news/2011-q2-ps: s#GNU/Hurd#GNU Hurd# in some section headings Don't use "GNU/Hurd" when talking about things not realated to distributions -- as explained in this very same news article... :-) BTW, "The GNU/Hurd" is *never* correct -- just like nobody would say "the GNU/Linux", or "the GNU". Only "the Hurd" is special in this regard. (And sometimes "the GNU Hurd" is also OK, but it only fits in some contexts! Often just "GNU Hurd" is more appropriate as well.) --- news/2011-q2-ps.mdwn | 6 +++--- 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 3 deletions(-) diff --git a/news/2011-q2-ps.mdwn b/news/2011-q2-ps.mdwn index d977b27b..42bae642 100644 --- a/news/2011-q2-ps.mdwn +++ b/news/2011-q2-ps.mdwn @@ -58,7 +58,7 @@ the more common misunderstandings. list maintained on .
