If you require a different encoding for your locale (like, let's say, ISO8859-2), you can specify this as an argument to the console server. I am sorry to say that fsysopts doesn't do the trick yet, so you have to set the option with `settrans -fg`, which will _terminate all your login sessions and restart the console server_.
