`syncfs` is a tiny wrapper around the [[`file_syncfs`
RPC|interface/file_syncfs]].

Its functionality should me merged into GNU coreutils' `sync` program, see
[[!GNU_Savannah_task 6614]][[!tag open_issue_hurd open_issue_porting]].
